Can you use other inputs onto the motion controller?

Can I for example use the analog input channel to input an IR sensor from my setup on the same motion control that is running my stepper motors?

I'm using 7330 motion controller and MID-7604. Or, do I need a seperate DAQ board to read my IR sensor?
