Connecting Aries Servo Drive (Parker) to PCI 7350 Card

I am trying to connect Parker's Aries Servo Driver (AR-08AE) to a PCI-7350 card through directly through a 68 pin screw terminal.  I want to control a Parker brushless servo motor from the driver.  Is this possible?  I've attached the pin diagrams for the driver.  I currently have the following connections setup, and am unable to get any response from the driver.
