What does it happen to the servo drive interface module NI 9514 when connecting a limit input (forward or reverse limit) to the Vsup pin (24V) while the limit input circuit is configured for sourcing, see figure 8. of http://www.ni.com/pdf/manuals/374988d.pdf ?
