Contoured move using stepper motor controlled by 7344

We developed a new interpolator for CNC. Now we want to do some experiments using a stepper motor controlled by 7344 using contoured move. The output data of interpolator is stored in a .txt file and the time interval(interpolation period) between two sequential point is 1 ms. Now we use contoured move to controll the stepper motor to follow the interpolated path. If we choose 'do not apply constraints', the resulting motion velocity is very slow. It seems that the time used to move from one point to the next point is much more than 1ms. What is the problem? Is there anyone has any idea? Thanks a lot!

Now I still have some problem in the program. In the while loop I want to read the velocity,following error and the position in the encoder and display them in the front panel. but it seem that they don't work properly. anyone knows the reason?
