I am from India and have started up a new company. We are now in development of prototype stage and we would like to have detailed design drawings of the delta robot for our application. The weight of our product {(milk pouches) is 1 kgs max and we have to optimize the space which this delta robot can occupy.
We want to locally fabricate it in India and we have a lot of demand for this kind of pick and place system. The function of this robotic arm would be to pick up the milk pouches from an indexing conveyor and drop it inside crates in 12 different pockets. The cycle time of production is 0.75 sec / pouch
It would be really helpful if you can provide us the detailed drawings (CAD/SOLID WORKS) of the delta robot so that we can buy each and every component in India and make it cost effective for our end customers.
As for the electrical, please also provide us the part list of items which would be used to control this delta robot.
We need it urgently as we are short of time. It would be really wonderful, if you can provide us the part drawings of all components/assemblies.
