Hello Abel,
This application controls an XY cutting table.
This erro occurred while the axis are executing a linear interpolation motion.
We have this application running more then 3 years and never had this error.
The firmware version are:
68331: 6.13.3004
DSP : 6.13.3003
FPGA1:6.12.3001
FPGA2:6.12.3001
Can you tell what are the most common causes for this error?
Thanks.

Hi Túlio,
What is the Model of your motion controller?
What is your NI-Motion driver version?
What OS you are using?
Is ther any Onboard Programming in the application?
When this problem occur?
If you reboot computer, does the error occur again?
Is this occurring in a VI in the LabVIEW environment, or is it from an executable?

Hi Abel,
1)The controller is a PCI 7344 model.
2)The firmware version are:
68331: 6.13.3004
DSP : 6.13.3003
FPGA1:6.12.3001
FPGA2:6.12.3001
3) OS: Windows XP
4) No onboard program in the application
5)This error occurred while the axis are executing an linear interpolation motion.
6) Yes.
7) The application was developed with C++/MFC using Visual Studio .NET 2003. No LabView, VI or CVI. Just an C++/MFC Windows application calling NI-Motion C API.

Hi TulioB,
I am talking with NIC and this not a common error.
We would like to reproduce this error, but for this We need some more information.
whai is your application setup (servo or stepper, feedback, velocity/torque/position mode)?
Which function actually returns the error?
May you send us your code?
With your code will be easier discovery why occur this error.
If you prefer send your code by e-mail visit www.ni.com/suporte
