Error Message 70119

I receive error message 70119 when my axis is trying to make a move.  I verified the FHOME, FWD and REV limit switches function properly via the indicator lights of the switches.  However, when I measure the input voltage at the terminals of the UMI-7764 board I don't see a change of voltage when the limit switch changes state.  If I unwire any two of the 3 limit switches and test, I see the voltage at the terminal go from 24VDC to 0VDC.  What is this indicating?

It sounds like you have something wired wrong.  What kind of sensors are you using?  NPN? PNP? 3-wire? 2-wire?

The system has been functioning for 3 years so it is not a wiring issue.  I am suspecting the UMI-7764 controller board is the problem but I wanted a test to confirm.
