Flexmotion VI's searches for missing .dll files

Recently I upgraded my OS from win 98 to win 2000. I reinstalled Labview 5.1.1 and the drivers required for NI 4351 (DAQ board) and PCI 7344 (Motion Control board). I use Flexmotion VIs (initialize.flx) to intialize my board and (single_axis_test.flx) to run a stepper motor. After the upgrade these VIs are looking for missing .dll files (NIMtnCom.dll etc). Is there a patch that I should install to get these VIs working again ?

Most probably when you upgraded the system something in the windows registry got broken and that is why you are not finidng the FlexMotion dlls. Anyway, I would recommend that you uninstall and reinstall FlexMotion in order to get everything relinked properly. Make sure that support for LV 5.1.1 is checked during the installation.
