Following error during flex_find_home

I'm getting following error during flex_find_home as soon as the axis hits the home sensor. I can do any other kind of motion in the same axis with the same loaded value for follow error without getting following error. Is necessary to load a higher value for follow error before calling find home ?

This is a new one for me. It could be that there is some temporary following error that happens to go over the limit you've set. By default, the following error limit is 32,000. If you exceed this number during the find home then there may be a bigger issue here.

The first thing I recommend is installing NI-Motion 5.2, which addressed a few Find Home issues.

Second, in MAX you are able to view the following error in the Advanced tab of the 1-D interactive. Are you getting a following error with any other moves?

We are already using NI-Motion 5.2. The typical value of follow error that we are using is 300 (and velocity = 1000 RPM, acelleration = 50 RPS/S). With this value set, we can perform any kind of axes movements, with velocity and acellerantion values much higher than we are using for the finding home sequence (velocity up to 2000 RPM and aceleration = 400 RPS/S). If I set follow error to 32000, the find home completes with no problem. I don't know why it dosen't work with 300 ! Any ideia ?
