How do you high speed capture off an RTSI signal

I'm routing a pulse signal from an E series card at 200-500 Hz I want to trigger the 7344 motion card to high speed capture the position at each pulse from the DAQ card. How can I do this? Also is there anyway to buffer the position readings for analysis later? I've attached the code I've developed so far.
