Hi Jags,
I'm not yet sure what the exact cause of this issue is, but I have a few things I would like you to do. If you could go to our Motion Drivers page, NI-Motion 7.5, and install the latest motion driver (make sure you uninstall your card to install the driver), and then go into MAX and update the firmware. Let me know if that yields any results, thank you!
