I need example of MA3 12 bit Encoder (Miniature Absolute Magnetic Shaft Encoder) in LabVIEW envernment.

The formula works if given the correct inputs.  Not sure where frequency comes into play here.  As long as your duty cycle is converted to TOn and TOff, where those variables have values from 0 to 4098 uS, then it should work.
