I would like know if PCI-7344 performs electronic camming (not only gearing)

Yes, you have helped enough. By the way, what kind of applications (robotics and industrial automation area) do you would suggest to use PCI-73xx boards. I have two of them in my job (PCI-7344). May I rely on a precision motion of the application? Any way,  I would like to understand how I can use electronic gearing in robotics.

there are multiple use cases for the 73xx boards. E. g. one of our customers is building huge waterjet cutting machines. The cutting traverse is almost 3 m wide. That's why there are two motors at each side of the traverse. One is working as the master, the other one is following in a 1:-1 ratio, as both axes need to be synchronized tightly.

There are also lots of high-precision applications out there, where NI-Motion is synchronized to data acquisition or imaging via the RTSI trigger bus.
