Initialization Problems With MAX

I am using MAX 6.0.1 on a PCI-7334 board. I am having initialization problems with my board. I can only make my board work correctly if I initialize the board first with the factory default settings, then initializing with my custom settings. If i only initialize with my custom setting the board will not function. What can I do to solve this problem???

What kind of error do you get when you initialize with your settings? Could you post your XML settinsg file so I can take a look at it?

If I initialize with my settings alone, none of the axes will move. I've attached my XML settings file.

What verison of NI-Motion are you using? What is the firmware version on your board?

I am using NI-Motion version 6.0.1. The firmware versions on my board are:
-68331 Firmware Version: 6.01.3010
-DSP Firmware Version: 6.01.3002
-FPGA1 Firmware Version: 6.00.3010
-FPGA2 Firmware Version: 6.00.3002
