Mitsubishi MR-J3 interface with PCI 7340

I am having problem on the connection between the Mitsubishi MR-J3-10A sevor amplifier and the UMI-7764 (PCI-7340) card.

Bellow is the wiring :

I got no error out from the MR-J3 amplifier, however when I try to run the motor with Measurement and Automation Explorer (with the home and limit sensor disabled) the stage won't move and the 1-D Interactive is not giving any error aside from the following error.

Note that I've tested the encoder manually by pushing the motor up and down the Explorer is getting the correct input. 

Please advice.
