More than 6 Servo motor Control

Hello friends,
I want to use LabVIEW Motion Control card for controlling a robotic arm which has 9 servo motors. I would like to know about maximum amount of axis that can be controlled by NI hardware, since we plan to increase the motors from 9 onwards. I would like to know the cost of the hardware which can control more than 10 axis at the same time.

Hello,

The best option we can offer would be to use two 7350 series boards. These boards have the capability to run 2, 4, 6, or 8 axis of servomotors. I would recommend getting a 7358 and a 7352 controller so that you can run the 10 axis of servos. Are you going to be using encoder feedback for your application. Bear in mind that our controllers can only close the PID loop either from a quadrature encoder or from an analog voltage that should not exceed the +/-10v range. As for the price, follow this link to our catalog page:

This is the proce for 8 axes of motion. At the moment, o/nly the PXI version is available. If you want to use a PCI computer, a PCI version should be available not too long from now. If y
