Move check complete status sets true even though contouring move is not complete

I am running a buffered contouring move on a two-axis servo-hydraulic system. Position transducers are use for feedback signal. The contouring move is a series of sinusoidal waves (for example 1000 waves) with 100 msec periods. I am using a time interval of 10 msec. Move completes once in a while but most of the time the move check complete status sets a value of true without completing the move. The move check complete status set the true value randomly meaning that it does'nt happen at the same time interval.
I check one of the solutions but I am sure our signal are clear.

Thanks

Manuel

Hello,

Try Check Blend Complete Status function instead. Check the help file for detailed info on this function.
Let me know if you have further questions.

I meant try the Check Buffer function. One of the output terminals is Buffer State which can tell you if the buffered operation is complete.
