Dear all,
I want to start an NI-Motion application with my cRIO9082, but I can only install the NI SoftMotion Module 14.0.0. Unfortunately I cannot install NI-Motion 14.0.0 on my cRIO.
When I open the Software Assistent NI-Motion 14.0.0 is not visible when Im connected to the cRIO9082. Nevertheless, when I cannot the same laptop to the cRIO9024 this software module is visible in the list and I can install it on the cRIO9024 (see screenshot as attachment).
I already tried to de/ reinstall NI-Motion on my laptop and also to re-install the entire cRIO9082. Hopefully somebody can help me.. I dont understand why NI Motion doesnt appear in the Software Assistant.
All the best,
Ruud

Hey Ruud,
What Motion Module do you use?
Could you attach a MAX - Report?

Hi Joachim,
Thanks for your reply.
- I use a NI9512 module
- The MAX-reports of my laptop, cRIO9082, and cRIO9024 are attached
- LabVIEW 2014
Best regards,
Ruud

Is the problem now solved or still no change?
I could not find a solution for the problem right now.

sorry.. I forgot to answer!
The main problem was that I got an error when I tried to use the module. That problem is solved.
The cRIO 9082 was programmed in FPGA Interface mode. I wanted to use the NI9512 in Scan Engine mode, which was of course not possible, since I didnt set up the system in Hybrid Mode.
That also explains why it worked with the cRIO9024 (because Im not using that cRIO for anything else at the moment).
I still dont know why there is a difference between the software on both cRIO's... but everything else is working right now!
Thanks for getting back on this topic!!
