Hi,
I am looking for options to interface with NI PCI-7332 from g++ LInux. I found links to SystemSynergy drivers, but they do not seems to support Linux anymore.
Does Linux support exists? If there isn't Linux support, I can code Linux driver myself, if I will get access to hardware description documents (I am familiar with PCI bus operations and Linux drivers issues).
With best regards

Hi Petr,
The NI-Motion drivers are not support Linux, and I am not sure SystemSynergy has to offer. Actually there is a similar post on our discussion forum where you can see the same message and you'll find links to the Motion driver developer's kit.
Check out the other thread here.
I hope this helps

Hi Barna,
thank you very much for reply. I think I understand how to write a driver using this informations. However the DDK link in Functions/DDK Commands and Packets to DDK-Commands.html file, which I cannot find in the DDK zip file. Is there any way how I can retrieve it?
Best regards

Hi Petr,
I am not quite sure to understand your question. I downloaded the Motion DDK for myself and I managed to open the help file and it seems that all the links work in the help file, as you can see in attached picture.
Could you explain me more what was not working for you?
Regards,
Barna

Hi Petr,
No problem, I am glad that you can read the help file now. As you probably noticed Motion driver development is supported by NI R&D trough NI Sales team, so feel free to contact NI Czech team directly for further support.
Best Regards,
Barna
