NI motion device PCI 7330 will not start

I just got an new computer running windows XP, and I tried to install the PCI-7330 card into it.  The card used to work fine in my old computer, but now i am getting an error that says, "Theis device cannot start (Code 10)."  Does anybody know what the problem could belk.sys?  The driver that it is using is nipa 

Things I have tried:

Uninstalling and reinstalling the device

physically removing the device from the PCI slot and putting it back in

trying a different pci slot

Hi Aerolem,

What do you mean by "the driver that it is using is nipa"?  Have you installed the NI-Motion drivers that came with the PCI card?  If so, what version of the drivers (NI-Motion) is installed on your computer?
