NIMAGetContourPoints vs NIMAGetPositionProfile

Hello,

I'm using Motion Assistant C API to generate the data points to PCI 7344 contouring mode. What is the difference between NIMAGetContourPoints and NIMAGetPositionProfile?  What function should I use to get the  data points for the countour buffer:

I have tried reinstalling the driver, and it did not work. I will check the slot today, as the computer is now placed in a place difficult to access. besides, lots of cards resided in the pc.
