NuLogic pcControl-4A card with pcRunner and Value Motion can not be verified

I am trying to instalNuLogic pcControl-4A board  with pcRunner and Value Motion drivers on WinNT machine with Labview 6.

After installing the motion card in slot I can not verify it although the resources are assigned properly and I can see the address

in NT Diagnostics. What can I do at this point?

Is there anything with Labview 6 and those drivers (pcRunner32 rev 1.3 and

Value Motion rev 4.0) that might be in conflict?

Unfortunately, due to the age of ValueMotion 4.0, I have little information on this driver.  I would try upgrading to ValueMotion 5.0.2. This installer has support for LabVIEW 6.x and should work better for you.
