Prg motion control for 'Newport' xyz , Laser beam to PD max. respons

I need Labview code (migth be a dll) to motion control for 'Newport' xyz micro manipulator.

Program shall find/center at laser beam at a photo dectector to obtain max. respons. micro manipulator has 3 axis (xyz, z: up and down)

Could you be a bit more specific about the Newport HW, you are trying to communicate to? What protocol, if any? Are you using a Motion controller? Or do you just need a pulse and direction?
