I'm trying to get a 3 axis table to find home. I have picked this project up from another developer who can't finish it, so I'm still trying to figure out the hardware.
Anyway, if this thing does have limit switches they do not appear to function. The home switches work fine, but the home function VI always sends the head off in the wrong direction to start.
I have tried changing the initial find direction to reverse within MAX to no avail. I have also tried doing moves with the interactive tools in MAX to get an initial velocity set.
If I can get it to reverse direction when finding home it will work beutifully without limit switches. Any idea what I'm missing????
