Problems with setting up P70360

Hi,

I am trying to connect a motor to the drive and get started, but since I am completely new, I have no idea where to start.

I have a small stepping motor from Nanotech (ST2018S0604) with the following specifications: 0.6A, 3.9V.

I have the P70360 stepper drive and have connected both. I also have the Measurement and Automation Explorer running.

But I really have no idea where to start. I went through the manual, but there I could not find anything regarding the current and voltage that the motor requires. There are these Switches on the side of the drive, but I am not sure what to do.

It would be great if someone could help me.

Hello Peter,

You do have some information on the NI website about the P70360 Stepper Motor Drives.
Otherwise, I advice you to make the complete tutorial of NI motion assistant. You have directly the link to the tutorial by opening the software.
