Setting Load Torque Limit

Hello
 
The set of the Load Torque Limit that make me confused for a long time,
 
why are there two limit setting(Primary, Secondary) in the Load Torque Limit VI??
 
Which one will be the first executed?

For some rare reasons you may want to assign two DACs (primary and secondary outputs) to a single axis. This corresponds to the primary and secondary torque limit settings of the Load Torque Limit.vi. Please refer to the online help for more information.
Typically you will use only one DAC to control a servo motor. Thus you will only have to set the primary torque limits and you can leave the secondary limit inputs unwired.
