TBX-68 and PCI-7344 Digital I/O Connector

Is it possible to use this combination and what shielded cables are recommended?

The TBX-68 uses the same 68-pin .050 Series D-type female connector as the UMI-7764.  So any of the NI SH68-C68-S cables will connect to the TBX-68 and the 68-pin VHDCI offset male connector on the 7344.  The NI recommended cable is the 0.5m listed under part number 186380-0R5.
