Unable to configure Kollmorgen Single Axis AKD drive in Kollmorgen WorkBench

Hello , I'm Khairul .
I am trying to  control the motor AKM54H at specified speed using cRIO RT Controller 9074 & Kollmorgen Single Axis AKD drive.

This is our setup for compactRIO RT Controller 9074 , AKD Drive & Motor (AKM54H) :-

I'm using manual "Getting started with AKD EtherCAT Drive and the LabVIEW NI SoftMotion Module"

Successful part:
1. Set up compactRIO system

2. Connect the AKD EtherCat Drive

3. Install software on NI-max and configure NI RT controller

4. Creating project and adding NI SoftMotion Axis.

Unsuccessful part:

i) Configure the drive  in Kollmorgen workbench 

issue >> No drive device appear.

From that issue 

i) specify IP address AKD drive try to connect but nothing happen.

Kindly help me to solve and give solution the problem?.
