Using the USB-6008 to control a speed controller

Hello,

I am having issues generating the correct output value to a speed controller.  I am using a USB-6008 DAQ box, and a Parallax HB-25 DC Motor Controller.  I have been able read the optical encoder in through the box but haven't been able to generate the right value to spin the motor.  If someone can point me towards example code or show me some that would be great.

Hi The_Needler,

There is another discussion forum post here that discusses using a USB-6008 to drive a motor controller. I'm not sure if you will be able to get the PWM signal you need since the maximum output update rate is only 150S/s. I hope this helps!
