HI, I want to drive a servo moter at a velocity with high accruacy and extremely smoothness.I am wonder if pci-7342 were compentent for my application? And could you give me some advice , what factor can affect my object. Thanks.
Yes the 7342 has the capacity of driving a servomotor with an encoder of up to 20 Mhz, this measn you could drive it as precisely as nanometer resolution. The 7342 also has the capacity of running two axis at 125 microsecond pid rate or one axis at 63 micorseconds. This means up to 16 Khz update rate which is enough for most high precision applications.
