We have a test bed for testing rotary actuators (see the attached figure). The load is applied using a brushless DC motor (called Load motor) thats actually being back driven. The load torque is applied by limiting the torque for this motor using the function : load torque limit.flx
The procedure that i am following is provided in an earlier forum message -

When I follow this procedure, though I can vary the applied torque, i experience lot of torque fluctuation (upto 30% of commanded torque). There is no fluctuation in speed at all.
Can someone help me how I can get a more steady torque?
