ac motor

Why is it my ac servo motor not moving? I configured the system successfully. But when i try the 1-D interactive test the motor does not move. The error says:
THE MOTOR CANNOT MOVE DUE TO BOTH LIMIT SENSORS ACTIVE. The signal button for the sensor was red.  When i test the reverse sensor an forward sensor manually, the signal button is still red but read FORWARD LIMIT SENSOR ACTIVE or REVERSE LIMIT SENSOR ACTIVE.

Where/what should I reset so that everythings is in default condition.

TQ.

If you reset all settings for your motion board to default this doesn't necessarily mean that they will work for your setup. In your case you will need to change the polarity for your limit switches in MAX and reinitialize the board.
