Jimmy,
I attached a block diagram of the PID control loop, that is what we are allow to give out, the motion board ends after the Kdac block.
The control loop of the 7344 is well explained in the document called: Understanding Servo Tune here in the Developers Zone, please check it out, the gains you are looking for are explained at the bottom of it.
