error code -78007. what is it?

I am getting error code -78007 when I use the initialization file name for my motion board 7330.  I use the initialization file exported from the explorer.  The configurtion file extension is .nce.  Thanks.

Please have a look at this thread. If this doesn't answer your question please provide more information (NI-Motion version? What action results in this error?
If this error occurrs while trying to initialize the controller please note that the settings name refers to a setting that must be present in MAX and not to the file name of an exported setting.
