how to use the two output analog signal from DAQ6015 to control a stepper motor?

all i want is the pulse it generated with time(frequency).

I just sent you an email but to carry on from that, have you considered using a counter to control the speed of the motor?

The Gen Dig Pulse Train-Finite example (browse to Hardware Input and Output >> DAQmx >> Generating Digital Pulses in the Example finder) does what you require. If you want to look at the signal you're generating you can configure an analog channel to look at it.
