I am making my project on OCR based speech synthesis system using labVIEW 2012 and I have to built a vi for OCR system using IMAQ and speech synthesis using CELP algorithm,i have tried to built vi for OCR,actually my project is divided into 2 parts
1.Optical Character Recognition
2.Text to Speech Conversion
Please help me regarding this since I am new to labVIEW.
