parallax continuous rotation servo

Good Afternoon,

I want to ask some questions about parallax continuous rotation servo.  I don't know how to control position of parallax continuous rotation servo motor. I have usb parallax servo controller, went I connect to the controller the positioning don't working, I can't control the servo moving. It's I need any device to connect the parallax coninuous rotation servo? Or I can connect directly to the Labview sofware. Thanks for your attention.

As much as I know, the parallax drive is mounted as a virtual COM port through USB. Thus you should be able to communicate to the device through standard NI-VISA calls (serial communication) in LabVIEW.  You will need to refer to the drive's manual to learn which commands you need to send to the device.

Dear all,

Thanks for that information. I'm using parallax continuous rotation servo motor control by cytron usb servo controller (SC16A). The controller can't controller the position of continuouse rotation servo motor. I using parallax usb servo controller and cytron usb servo controller with computer to control the position of the servo motor rotation (the controller softwares can't do it). Is it possible to control the position of rotation of servo motor using labview?
