reverse direction bit Labview

I have an application where I am cycling between two loads on my transducer using analog feedback.

This all seems fine and when I am cycling between high loads - eg maybe 10% - 80% of the transducer range.  The software will not though cycle when the load is in the region of 20% - 40% of the transducer range.

I have a feeling the error is in my code, but cannot seems to make sense of what is happening.

The 'reverse direction bit' read from the "read per axis status.flx" bit keeps switching on/off when at the lower range.

What exactely does the reverse direction bit do when read from the register on the board??

Hi wayne,

I will need more details about your code to determine what might be causing this behavior. For your second question, reverse direction bit indicates if the axis is moving in the clockwise or counter clockwise direction. Let me know more details if this is still being a problem.
