For RS232 communication you need the NI-VISA driver, which typically installs with LabVIEW. I have searched our instrument driver network, but I haven't found a Nanomotion driver there.
Please contact Nanomotion to see if they have a driver for LabVIEW. If not, you still can use low-level RS232 communication to talk to your device. The command set should be part of the documentation of the Nanomotion II.
