I have the settings in Measurement and Automation Explorer (MAX) and I am using the interactive settings in MAX to control the motor, but the motor is not moving. What could be the cause of this behavior?

I would make sure that the enable switch on the NUdrive is set to the ON position, otherwise no current will flow to the servo. Also, check that your motor encoder is connected correctly. What motion controller are you using?

yes, encoder is connected correctly,and the motion controller is FlexMotion, and the switch it's enabled im MAX, but the motor is not moving yet
