I have the scew-terminated NI USB-6212 and am looking for a connector that will allow me to plug in an external PCB. If anyone could provide a part number it would be greatly appreciated.

Poke around on Digikey and see what they have that suits your needs. It's a 3.81mm-pitch connector, Phoenix Contact makes a bunch in their Combicon line.
NI also offers an OEM-flavored 6212 that has a standard 0.1"-pitch header on it. For interfacing to a custom PCB, this is very much a better way to go.
DAQ mates right up to that 50-pin connector on my board. (I'm using a 6211 with one 50-pin header on this product.)

Yes the NI USB 6212 OEm is a very good option.

Thanks for the info. I have idendtified Phoenix Contact part number 1862713 and On Shore Technology Inc part number OSTV716315 as fitting my needs. The OEM version looks great, but as I already own the screw terminiated version and this project doesn't warrant buying a new board, I'm going to stick with what I've got. Thanks again.
