Use a counter/timer to generate pulses and you will be able to accurately specify the high and low times. The timing will be determined by hardware clocks and not by software loop executions.

Look at the examples for pulse generation, then change them to match your hardware and timing requirements.

Start LabVIEW. From the Gettng Started window click Find Examples in the lower right. Double-click to expand : Hardware Input and Output, then DAQmx, then Generating Digital Pulses. Finally select "Generate Dig Pulse.vi" or "Generate Digital Pulse Train Continous.vi" depending on whether you want one pulse or a train. While you are there, study all the other examples, too. You can learn a lot from them, faster than waiting for replies in the forum.
