6025E how to input?

I have two analog signals wich both are about 5V in amplitud, I want to sample values of the difference between the channels, the difference is in the range -50mV to +50mV...how do I best connect this to my 6025E? The sample rate needs to be at least something like 20kHz

Maybe I should use a differential amplifier first so I only get one signal to connect to the 6025E?

Should I then use RSE NRSE or differential and is there anything else I need to think about?

How do I controll the internal gain in the 6025E? cause this effects the resolution of the sampling or?

what you are looking for is differential input configuration where you connected the both inputwires. This inputconfiguration is called "differential" because it only measures the difference between two inputwires. Since the offset of your inputs is about 5V, i am sure that you need no further signalconditioning (which nevertheless could improve your readings).
Since the difference you want to measure is about +- 50 mV, you should create a task with this voltage range. The driver of the device, NI-DAQmx, sets the gain to an appropriate value for you, so you don't need to calculate that four yourself....
