ADC to DAC

Hello everyone!

I need some help from you, I am using multisim simulation 10.0 to convert ADC to DAC.  Do you have any example for about that, i am confusing how to connect it to each other and check out the output voltage. Here is my circuit, can you take a look and give any comment.  Thank you.
