Acquiring analog input for multiple channels on USB-6008

I'm new to labview and I am trying to acquire multiple voltages from several channels on a NI USB-6008 and display the signals continuously on separate charts. I am getting the charts to show up but it seems they are affecting one another because if I unplug one of the channels, the remaining graphs change as well. Any suggestions?

From your description it sounds like you are experiencing what is called a "ghosting" effect in your measurements. This effect is described in this document, which also explains different methods to eliminate ghosting from your measurements. I would suggest you to try the options that this article mentions.
