Hello, I can not activate the LabVIEW 2012. Response to "technical error." The program comes on a disk with vmste ELVISMX

Hi Sulimko,

What do you mean by "response to "technical error""? Is that the error you are getting? Do you have internet access on the computer you are trying to activate LabVIEW. Are you using activation wizard from NI License Manager? 

Can you send me a screen shot of the error and which step that exactly happens?
