Alternative Power for USB-6001

I am trying to figure out if there is a way to power the USB-6001 other than the micro-usb cable. I need this because my signal is being sent through ethernet before being converted to micro-usb. I currently don't have any power over ethernet components. The pin out on the DAQ led me to believe that the +5v was for alternative power in but after investigation (and testing) its actually only a 5v power source.

NI USB products rely on the several low-level protocol features like DMA, which the USB-Ethernet extenders wouldn't be able to replicate. I am less confident that even if you figure out the +5V supply, the communication may not work or may error out in some scenarios or features.

Please share details of the ethernet extender you intend to use.
