Analog input and outputs do not function on the PCI-6035E

The PCI-6035E analog part does not function. All digital inputs and output are functioning. I'm not using any external trigger. Simply set through the Automation&Measurement tool I set the output voltage but voltage is measured. The same with inputs. There are no errors reported. Any ideas what can be wrong? Elik

Do you really mean 'set the output voltage but no voltage is measured'? How are you measuring the output? Does the card pass the self test? How are you testing the inputs? What kind of voltage are you applying and to what pins? How do you configure the input (Diff, RSE, NRSE)?

Thank you. The card passes the self test. I output through AO1 or AO2 (PIN 21 or 22) to AO GND (pin 55) but no voltage is measured. I connect the power supply 5VDC to 9any of the AI and measure directly between the AI input like AI0 (pin 68) to AI GND (pin 67) at RSE mode. I do get -0.7V in all channels. All done with Automation&Measurement tool. Also the driver is the latest, I checked it as well. I intend to check it with NI DAQ Diagnostic utility that checks DAQ, but it seems to me the card is defective unless I'm not aware of some setup. Thanks again.

The one thing you might try is connecting an analog out to an analog in. If that and the diagnostic test fails, you'll probably have to contact NI Support for an RMA.

Definitely it is an hardware failure. The DAQ utility failed on the analog tests while pass the digital ones.

Thank you for your support.
