Analog inputs always display constant Voltage

I have a PCI-MIO-16E-1 board installed in my computer with a SCB-68 terminal block.

I am having a problem with my analog inputs.

When I go into the test panels, set the voltage range then test, the voltage always shows a constant voltage equal to the maximum of the input range.

So if I make the voltage range +-10V, then when I test it, it shows +10V no matter what I apply to the input.

I have tested the analog outputs, and digital I/O, they all work fine.

I would suggest upgrading the driver to the latest version, using a DMM to check whether you signal is solid and having a look at Table 1 to see whether the signals have been connected right:

Field Wiring and Noise Considerations for Analog Signals

If everything seems good, you should contact the NI office since it might be a faulty card.

And if you have no signals connected, what you are seeing is normal.
