I have an application where I need to pull all of the I/O from the 6343 over to a separate board. The most efficient way to do this appears to be by using the four ribbon cable connectors that are hidden inside the enclosure. It looks like they are just connected in parallel to the external connectors however there are some additional pins available on the internal connectors.
Thanks in advance.

Hi bob2ks4,
I would say that the best way for you to do this is to use the screw drivers connectors in the board, and connect each terminal with a wire and then to your separate board. I don’t think that using the internal wires in the board will be the best option as you will be disassembling it and the card can be damaged.
Here you can find the 6343 specifications document where you can see the pinout in this card.
